Navigating within the App
The Navigation bar in the Field Service App is displayed at the bottom of the page. Using this you can navigate to different pages in the app. 
The navigation bar includes the following options. Clicking any of these options navigates you to the respective page. The option on the navigation bar is highlighted in blue based on the page you are viewing.
• Calendar - The calendar page shows the events assigned to you. You can also reschedule events or create new events from this page.
• Explore - Explore page has ServiceMax Search feature, also known as SFM Search, and is used for searching specific records both locally and in the server, using pre-defined criteria and/or using keywords across different objects.
• Recent Items -The Recent Items page provides you quick access to the records you have accessed or created recently. It also lists the local records created from the Create New page.
• Inventory - The Inventory page is a dedicated section for technicians to view their stock, perform stock Transfer, and Locate a part.
• Create New -You can create new records from your Field Service App. Create New page has a list of processes using which you can create new records.
• Tasks -The Tasks page shows the tasks assigned to you, with High priority tasks flagged using icons.
• Tools -The Tools page displays various options you can perform related to sync, sync conflicts and data purge. Additionally, the Tools option on the navigation bar and the sync options on the right panel displays a badge showing the count of sync conflicts.
