Steps to Configure a Work Order Summary
To configure a work order summary view process, follow these steps:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup >Service Flow Manager > SFM Transaction > Docs Designer.
2. Select a custom SFM View process and go to the Screen Designer tab.
3. Click the page layout ID. The Properties pane is displayed on the right side.
4. Scroll down to the FSA Options section title.
5. Select a value from the drop-down list for each of the fields. All the fields are optional and are described as follows:
a. Title Bar: Select any work order field to be displayed on the title bar at the top. If None is selected, then by default Work Order Number is displayed on the title bar.
b. Include Summary: Select this check box to enable the rest of the options.
c. Include Event Time and Place: Select this check box to display event start time, date, service location, and map icon. Enabling this check box also displays Full Day and Multi-Day event indicators.
d. Include Contact: Select this check box to display the contact name, text message, and phone icon.
e. Include Field: Select any work order field to be displayed in the summary section.
f. Include Field: Select any work order field to be displayed in the summary section. Make sure you select a different field other than the field selected in the previous step.
g. Include Field: Select any work order field to be displayed in the summary section. Make sure you select a different field other than the field selected in the previous step.
6. Save the page layout and the view process. Perform a Config Sync to bring in these configuration changes.
