Migrating Engage Using ServiceMax Migration Tool
This section describes how to migrate configuration items from one org (Source) to another org (Target) using the ServiceMax Migration Tool. For more information, see ServiceMax Migration Tool. Migration can be done from any source org (production or sandbox) to any target org (production or sandbox).
Pre-requisites
You must have installed the Engage managed Package in the source org and the target org. For more information, see Installing Engage Extension Package.

For Engage migration, the source org and target org must be on the ServiceMax Core 23.1 or later server package.
