Broadcast Message Permission Set

You must manually add the following permission set to use the Broadcast Message feature.

ETA of Technician Arrival Permission Set

To ensure that the Engage user can view the ETA of technician arrival, provide READ access to the following fields of the work order.

Engage Advanced Appointment Permission Set

The Engage Advanced Appointment Permission Set includes the required permissions for the users to schedule appointments with Real-Time Optimization (RTO) integration. The permission is set on the Work Order object.

Ensure that the following fields have the required permissions.
