Additional Questions Response
Engage adds a direct lookup from a customer request to the additional questions response record, so an administrator can report on response data from the request context.
Overview
An administrator can connect each request with the generated additional questions response record. The link removes manual correlation work, and it supports direct reporting from request data.
When an Engage user submits a request that includes configured additional questions, the system creates a questionnaire response record as part of request creation. The system then writes that response record into the Additional Questions field on the related Customer Request record.
