Personalization of Work Order Grid Refresh
You can personalize Work Order grid refresh interval using Configure Work Order Queue screen. This personalization holds good for Work Order views too.
Following are the key points to note about this configuration:
• Scheduled auto-refresh is turned off by default.
• When you turn it on, the default interval is seven minutes.
• You can set this to any value in the range of 1–15 minutes.

If you enable the Automatically refresh list every x minute option on the Configure Work Order Queue, a count-down clock is shown in the Work Order grid for the configured time interval. The Work Order grid gets refreshed once the count-down clock is complete.
