Refreshing Work Order Grid
Work Order grid is refreshed in the following ways:
• You can click Reload Data icon to refresh the grid manually.
• You can configure scheduled, automatic refresh at required intervals.
• Based on the value of configuration settings, the grid is refreshed automatically in the following scenarios:
◦ When you take an action in Dispatch Console and a work order's Dispatch Status changes because of it (if group configuration setting SET010 is True)
◦ When you create or edit a Work Order event in Dispatch Console (if group configuration setting SET051 is True)
◦ When you delete a Work Order event in Dispatch Console (if group configuration setting SET056 is True)

For pre-defined view My Work Orders and any Queues, the sort column and sort order are not reset on refresh of the Work Order Grid (manual/automatic). However, for custom Dispatch Console Views, they get reset.
