Usage Tracking
To improve service quality and user experience, help ServiceMax by sharing anonymous statistics about how the product is being used. This option is not restricted by GDPR, because no personal information of users is recorded. By default, the option is enabled.
Perform the following steps to disable this option:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Configuration Profiles.
2. Edit the active org-wide configuration profile.
3. In the Settings section of theEdit Configuration Profiles page, select Module: Common and Submodule: Usage Tracking.
4. Go to
SET001, click
Edit, and change the value to
Disallow. The default value of
SET001 is
Allow.
