Output Documents SFM Transaction
Follow these steps to include checklists in Output Documents:
1. Click Home tab > ServiceMax Setup > Service Flow Manager > SFM Transaction & Docs Designer to launch SFM Designer.
2. In the SFM List / Landing page of SFM Designer, click the Your Custom SFM Transactions tab.
3. Click the New SFM Transaction icon ( ). The Properties tab is displayed.
4. In the Create as SFM Transaction drop down, select to generate an Output Document for a header record with/without its child records.
5. Select the required target object as the header (e.g. Work Order or Installed Product).
6. Select Checklist as a child object.
7. Define any qualifying criteria as required, in the Qualifying Criteria tab.
8. If any of the target header object fields need to be updated when the Smart Doc gets finalized for a target record, define them in the Target Object Update section.
