Reporting on Checklist Answers
Checklist answers are stored in an encoded format. Direct reporting on these encoded records does not provide analyzable data.
To generate reports on completed checklists, use one of the following configurations:
1. Include them in Smart Docs so that reports can be generated based on the object that checklists are linked with.
The report generated will include the questions in the checklist along with the corresponding answers.
If you have configured Output Document SFM Wizard button to Select Template at Runtime, you will be presented with the list of available SFM Transaction names of type Smart Docs. You can select one of them to generate the report.
2. Configure Scheduled SFM process to convert and save checklist answers in a reportable format periodically, and configure reports on the saved answers.
