Creating Checklists
To configure the checklist, perform the following steps:
1. Enable the feature by setting the global setting GBL029 (Enable Checklist Capabilities, under module Common and submodule Global Settings) to True for the active ServiceMax org-wide profile. Defining the global setting GBL029 value to True enables the following:
a. Checklist Question Library under the group ServiceMax Setup home Checklist Manager.
b. SFM transaction type to generate a Checklist/Survey type of Process in Checklist Designer.
c. SFM Wizard Step Type Checklist in SFM Wizard Designer.
2. Create a Standard SFM Transaction of type to generate a Checklist/Survey type of Process, for example, Work Order Checklist.
3. Define a new SFM wizard for the Work Order object and add a new step with Wizard Step Type Checklist.
