Deleting Custom Actions
To delete a custom action:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Service Flow Manager> Custom Actions.
2. Select the object for which you want to delete the custom action.
3. In the User-defined Custom Actions section, select an existing custom action and click Delete.

Note:
• Exercise caution when deleting custom actions since the effect is immediate and irreversible. You are not warned if the custom action is used in an SFM wizard.
• Pre-configured Actions of ServiceMax cannot be deleted.
