1. Go to ServiceMax Setup Service Flow Manager Custom Actions.

2. Select the object for which you want to clone the custom action.

3. In the User-defined Custom Actions section, select an existing custom action and click Clone. A clone of the selected custom action is created with the same Action Id. You have to provide a unique Action Id, or else an error is displayed.

4. Edit the required fields. For more information, see Creating a Custom Action.

5. Click Save & Close.
