Mobile Schema
Mobile users who want to enable the decimal changes specified above on one of the mobile platform apps must perform configuration sync in the respective mobile application.
SFM Transactions
For organizations that upgrade with this enhancement, all the SFM transactions with the above-mentioned fields will have an automatic cache refresh. This may result in longer load times for first time users accessing the SFM Transactions. There should be no impact following the initial load of the SFM Transaction.
Customer Developed Custom Code
Custom code changes that are not written to accept the above decimal changes could be impacted.

The admin and developers of the respective User Orgs must be aware and plan accordingly.
