Linked SFM Processes
SFM Lightning Delivery
The child section displays an option to invoke the required linked process when an SFM transaction is configured with one or more Linked SFM processes. You can click the linked process to invoke it as shown in the following screen.
On invoking Linked SFM:
• The parent record is saved and the screen is navigated to the Linked SFM.
• The linked process returns to the parent SFM transaction on clicking the Save or Cancel button.
• The linked SFM is not launched and the screen is retained in the parent record if the record does not meet the qualification criteria.
Classic Theme
For SFM transactions configured with one or more Linked SFM processes, the child section displays an icon to enable navigation to the required linked process. This is illustrated in the figure below. Clicking the Save or Cancel button in the linked process returns the control to the parent SFM transaction.
Lightning Theme
For SFM transactions configured with one or more Linked SFM processes, the child section displays an icon to enable navigation to the required linked process as shown in the following screen.
On invoking Linked SFM:
• The parent record is saved and the screen is navigated to the Linked SFM.
• The linked process returns the screen to the parent SFM transaction on clicking the Save or Cancel button.
• The screen is redirected to the parent record from where it is invoked if the record does not meet the qualification criteria.
