The Output Document Delivery engine enables the generation of formatted reports using HTML5 CSS and data binding to pull in ServiceMax data. It interprets special ServiceMax functions to provide additional data handling and formatting features such as the summation of values, embedding company logos and images, and signature capture (in mobile apps). The engine converts the generated report into a PDF file which is attached to the header record.
