Link Multiple Installed Products to Single Work Order:
a. Invoke Add/Edit Products Serviced SFM transaction.
b. Add Products Serviced records and select the required installed products for each record, and associate any line-level warranty, as applicable. For each record, launch the linked SFM Process Add/Modify Work Details.
c. Add Parts, Labor, Expenses, and Travel lines as required.
d. Save the linked SFM process and the parent SFM process.
e. Click the SFM wizard button Record T&M (associated with the standard SFM transaction 'Manage Work Order Lines - Usage').
f. Click Get Pricefor price calculation and save.
Selectively Allow Deleting Work Detail Lines within SFM:
You can achieve this by following the steps explained in the below example:
a. From SFM Designer, define two separate lines sections for parts work detail lines using qualifying criteria - one for lines associated with purchase order and another for lines not associated with purchase order.
b. From Page Layout, clear the Allow Delete check box for the lines section related to lines associated with purchase order.
c. Select the Allow Delete check box for the other lines section.
