Freeze Columns in Child Lines
You can freeze few columns (from left) in the SFM grid and scroll through rest of the columns for better readability of information. You can do this by using the Freeze Pane icon available on the SFM grid and selecting the columns to freeze. This gives you the ability to scroll horizontally and continue to see the information in context of those frozen columns.
|
It is recommended to freeze only the optimal number of columns so that you can scroll through the remaining columns in the SFM grid, with ease.

Use-cases
• The field service technician is working with Related List on the SFM where many fields are displayed. The option to freeze the left side columns while scrolling to the right would allow for better visibility when there are multiple records.
• The field service technician is reviewing the Serial Numbers for multiple Case lines. The Case lines display many fields. The field service technician can view the Serial Number on the left for reviewing and also scroll through the list of fields on the right.
