Formula List View
The Formula list view displays all the formulas configured in the org.
To access the Formula list view page:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Service Flow Manager > Transaction Related Lists. The Transaction Layout list view page is displayed.
2. From the picklist, select Formulas. All the formulas are displayed.

The following table displays the information related to Formulas.
Field
Description
Name
This column displays the name of the formula.
Target object
This column displays the target object on which the formula is configured.
Target Field API Name
This column displays the API name of the target field on which the formula is configured.
Where used
This column allows you to identify all the SFM transactions where the specific formula is used by clicking the "i" (Where Used) icon so you can make an informed decision before deleting the configuration.
Last Edited Date
This column displays the date when the formula was last edited.
Last Edited by
This column displays the user details who last edited the formula.
In the Formulas list view, you can perform the following actions:
Delete: Use the Delete option available at the end of each row, from the action menu to delete the specific formula.
Delete All: Use the Delete All option to delete multiple formulas at one time. To delete multiple formulas, select multiple checkboxes and click the Delete All button at the top of the list view page.

Standard formulas and formulas already used in SFM transactions cannot be deleted using multi- delete option.
