Executing Scheduled SFM Process
To run a scheduled SFM process:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup Service Flow Manager Scheduled SFM. The Scheduled SFM List View is displayed.
2. Click the arrow at the end of the row for the selected Scheduled SFM and click Run Now. The selected Scheduled SFM is queued for execution. You can click Logson the Scheduled SFM List View screen to view the status of the Scheduled SFM process execution. For more information, see Viewing Scheduled Job Logs.

Note: If the process is inactive, then the Run Now option is not visible. Also if the user does not use the Run Now option, then the SFM is executed as per the scheduled time on the rule. It is recommended to use the Run Now option only when you want the Scheduled SFM to be executed immediately.
