Viewing Scheduled Job Logs
To view the scheduled SFM process job logs:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup Service Flow Manager Scheduled SFM. The Scheduled SFM List View is displayed.
2. Click Logs to view the status of the Scheduled SFM process execution as shown in the following screen.
The Scheduled Processes Logs list view in the ServiceMax Jobs displays the following information.
Columns
Description
Job Number
Every Scheduled SFM execution has a job number attached to it.
Start Time
The time when the Scheduled SFM job execution started.
End Time
The time when the Scheduled SFM job execution ended.
Type
Displays as Scheduled SFM.
SVMX Process
The ServiceMax Process ID.
Created Date
The Scheduled SFM Process creation date.
