• If no Event Hover Rules are defined, the event subject, start date time (as per your locale), and duration in minutes are displayed when you hover over an event.

• If there are matching event hover rules, information as per the rule definition is displayed additionally.

• The hover information is displayed on hover / clicking the event, and persists for a duration as you personalize in Configure Technician View > Calendar tab.

• The hover info pop-up has an option Open to open the related work order in a new Salesforce window (for Work Order events).
