When hovering on a Work Order event in Dispatch Console, relevant information about the associated work order is displayed as a hover. The Work Order fields whose value should be displayed as event hover can be configured.

For information about configuring hover rules, see Configuring Event Hover Rules. When there are two or more rules, the rules are matched based on the defined sequence, with the first matching rule being applied.
