This cache is accessed by the Flex-based Map when the map is launched in a separate window. This cache is the communication mechanism between the main Dispatch Console window and the Map window.

Setting it to Super Dispatcher displays the button for Super Dispatchers only and hides it for other users. Setting it to None hides it for all the users.
