Use the Dispatch Console Views option to view standard or custom Work Order, Location, and Account views. The View definition includes the filter criteria including an advanced expression if any, and the fields to be displayed in the result. You can also assign these views to Service Teams and Territories. These views can be defined for use in either Work Order Grid or Dispatch Console Map or both. These views make it possible to define additional filter criteria to limit the work orders displayed in the Dispatch Console to only the required records, as it is not possible to do so with Work Order queues. For Work Order Views, the additional filter option Filter By Owner is available.
