Differences Between Single and Multiple Assignments
The following are the differences between single and multiple assignments:
Work Order fields are updated unconditionally during a single event creation or update. They are updated only for updates made to the work order owner's event in the case of multiple assignments.
Check for the event start date and time being within the technician's business hours is done only during single event creation or update. It is not applied when multiple assignments are performed.
Event subject is always based on the applicable event subject rule for single event creation. It is controlled by SET057 for multiple assignments.
