Creating Custom Views
You can create custom views for the above work orders as follows:
• Work orders with scheduling violations, as identified by Violation Status equals Constraints Violation
• Work orders yet to be scheduled, as identified by Order Status is not Closed or Canceled AND IsBlank(Technician)
You can configure the above views as top views, to track their work order count using
Work Order View Badges. This enables to take corrective actions immediately, whenever work orders are scheduled with constraint / other scheduling violation.
For work orders with Constraints Violation, you can view the details of all the violations, by using the work order context menu option
View Schedule Violations.
