You can see views' work order counts on color-coded badges above the Work Order Grid next to the queue/view picklist, when the top three views are configured in Counters tab of Configure Coloring of Work Order Grid screen. These badges display the count of work orders matching the associated view in the configured colors. This count is refreshed automatically, whenever the Work Order grid is refreshed manually, or automatically at the set interval.

You can hide one or more badges by selecting option None in the Counters tab of Configure Coloring of Work Order Grid screen. To know how to configure badges, see the Counters section in About Work Order Colors Personalization.
