SFM transactions of all types except Output Documents are delivered using the same engine, as the UI for all of them is defined in Screen Designer tab. Output Documents are delivered using a different engine, as the UI and the data binding for these are defined in Template Designer tab.

The flow diagrams in the following sections display the various configuration aspects of an SFM transaction that are applied in SFM Delivery at different stages. These flows do not cover Output Document type SFM transactions. However, the flow related to qualifying criteria for header and child sections apply to Output Document transactions.
