Checklists completed by technicians can be viewed in the form of a Salesforce report configured on Checklist Results object. This report will provide you with information such as questions in a checklist and the corresponding answers, related header record information, checklist name, user’s name, and so on.

When a technician completes a checklist, the answers are stored in an encoded format. Since direct reporting on encoded data will not provide analyzable report, it is required to convert the encoded data into reportable data.
