Checkbox Fields
A checkbox field is used to select (tick-mark) or clear the field value. You can use a mouse or spacebar key to select the checkbox.
The following screen displays a sample checkbox field.
To select or clear a checkbox field:
1. Open any record.
2. Launch an SFM Transaction.
3. In the checkbox field, choose any of the following methods to select or clear the checkbox:
a. Single-click in the checkbox field to select or clear the field value.
b. Use the tab key to reach the checkbox field. Press the Spacebar key to select or clear the field value. When done, use the tab key to navigate to the next field.
4. Click Save.
