You can use the ServiceMax Setup home > Checklist Manager > Checklist Question Library to manage the library of questions for checklists. You can add, edit, and delete questions using this configuration screen, and you can also search for questions. If you need to load questions in bulk, refer to the section Bulk-loading of questions for more details.
