Service Insights Agent Configuration
The Service Insights Agent enables ServiceMax AI to retrieve and summarize historical service data from ServiceMax records. As an administrator, you can configure user access, data sources, agent guidelines, and agent skills, and enable the agent to control how Service Insights operates within your organization. These settings are managed from the ServiceMax AI Console and apply only to the data and users you specify.
You can configure the following in this page:
Enable user access: Who can access the service insights agent.
Manage Data Sources: Allow ServiceMax AI to access data records from the ServiceMax objects and generate responses to questions asked by users.
Configure ServiceMax Data Sources: Configure the ServiceMax objects and data records that the Service Insights Agent can access.
Understand AI Instructions: Understand how instructions guide the Service Insights Agent in navigating the ServiceMax data model.
Remove Data Sources: Remove an existing ServiceMax data source from use by the Service Insights Agent.
Add Data Guidelines: Add instructions for the ServiceMax AI agent to help navigate the data model to obtain the most relevant data for the service insights.
Manage Agent Skills: View the list of pre-configured skills that are embedded in AI Actions to perform complex calculations or generate responses to a set of queries.
Enable Service Insights: You can turn on the service insights agent for ServiceMax AI.
