Admin Configurations
As a business administrator, Asset 360 enables you to configure the following features for the Salesforce Field Service (SFS) mobile app users.
Asset 360 managed mobile components are part of the Asset 360 managed package.
You must configure the locked LWCs to leverage the features for the SFS app users. To configure the managed components, refer to Configure Asset 360 Managed Components.
Create user-specific or profile-specific mobile configurations to access the A360 mobile components from the SFS app. For more information on mobile configuration, refer to Mobile Configurations.
You can configure permission sets for your SFS app users. Without proper permission set, the users cannot use the features as expected. To know more, refer to Configuring Mobile Permission Sets.
You can configure mobile flows for your users to use the features in a specific sequence based on the business needs. To know more, refer to Configuring Mobile Flows.
You can configure LWC components as quick actions in the SFS app. Users can launch the components easily from the configured record pages. To know more, refer to Creating LWC Quick Action.
You can leverage SPM capabilities in the desired objects to enable users to access them in the SFS mobile app. You can configure transactions, expressions, lookup configurations, and wizards to help users with increased productivity and ease of maintenance. For example, if the Wizard is configured as a quick action in Work Order record, the field engineer can launch the wizard to begin investigation and then perform a debrief on the Work Order record in the SFS mobile app. To know more, refer to Creating SPM Wizard Action.
