Asset 360 in Field Service Mobile App
ServiceMax Asset 360 Mobile features are supported in the Salesforce Field Service (SFS) application, which is a field-ready mobile application for iOS and Android. It is designed for field technicians and engineers. The Asset 360 features allow field engineers to view and manage service coverages for work orders, return orders, and assets. The Asset 360 Mobile flows also allow field engineers to initiate asset returns for depot repair as well as to record opportunities.
