Configuring Mobile Flows
Asset 360 packages the following flows for the Field Service mobile application. These flows are available for your users out-of-the-box (OOTB). The purpose of these flows is to provide automated workflow and introduce concepts to technicians on a mobile device.
• A360 - Mobile - Manage Work Order Asset Return
• A360 - Mobile - Manage Opportunities
• A360 - Mobile - Manage Assets
As a business administrator, you can use the packaged flows as templates and build your flows as per your requirements.
Adding your flows to the mobile application is done broadly in two phases:
1. Build your flow based on the packaged template.
2. Attach the flow to the mobile application by using App Extensions under Field Service Mobile Settings.

The packaged flows are not attached to the mobile application out-of-the-box (OOTB). Only the flows are available for you, OOTB. It is recommended to attach the flows to the mobile application by creating an App Extension under Field Service Mobile Settings so your mobile users can utilize this feature set.
