As an administrator, you can manage access to Asset 360 components for the SFS mobile app users using mobile configurations. The default configuration is seeded, however you can modify the existing default configurations or create a configuration for the organization instances and mark it as default for all SFS mobile users. You can create mobile configurations for specific users or specific profiles.
The following points explain the scenarios how the mobile configuration is applied to the user or profile.
The mobile configuration created for the user is applied.
If the mobile configuration is not available for the user or profile, then any mobile configuration available for the user or profile is applied.
If no mobile configuration is available for the user or profile, then the mobile configuration marked as default is applied.
If none of the mobile configurations is marked as default, then the user cannot access the A360 components in the SFS mobile app.
