Service Analytics for Asset 360
The Service Analytics feature enables service leaders to visualize data related to Cost to Serve, Service Profitability, Location Insights, and Asset Insights dashboards. These dashboards help identify asset health, profitability trend, service process gaps, and details of assets for a specific location.
The following sections explain more about the dashboards.
Pre-Requisites to Access Service Analytics
Before you start, ensure the following requirements to access the Service Analytics app in the Analytics Studio.
You must have a CRM Analytics Studio license enabled in your org. Contact your Salesforce partner to get the license.
You must have the correct Service Analytics extension package installed in your org. For more information, refer to the Install Service Analytics Package section. The Service Analytics extension package is compatible only with the Asset 360 Spring '22 or a later package.
You must have the correct permission set assigned to the profiles and objects to create and use the Service Analytics dashboards.
