Asset Insights Dashboards
As a Service Manager, Customer, or Field engineer, you can get insights into Asset health, performance, and service details by accessing the Asset Insights dashboards on the record pages. You can also get the following details from the dashboards:
• KPIs for the asset
• Asset trend in comparison with other assets of a similar category (age + product/family)
• Asset service details
The A360 - Asset Insights template contains the following dashboards:
• Asset Insights Dashboard: This dashboard provides asset insights on asset age, lifespan, penetration, operating environment, and maintenance activities.
• Executive Asset Insights Dashboard: This dashboard provides asset health by comparing different regions, businesses, and product families.
Use Cases
The Asset Insights dashboard data has the following use cases.
• It gives an indicator of overall asset health when a call center receives a call on an asset issue.
• It gives the service contract coverage for an asset that helps to plan the coverages before they expire.
• It gives a comparison of all your assets from a single org based on different criteria. It helps to manage asset maintenance before they break down.
• It gives the maintenance activities performed on assets that help to analyze asset condition and efficiency.
