Assigning Permission Sets for CRM Analytics
You need to assign specific permission sets to use the Asset 360 Analytics dashboard.
Perform the following steps to add specific permission sets for your users.
1. Log into Asset 360 Admin.
2. Navigate to Setup > Users. The Users screen is displayed with the list of user profiles.
3. Click the user profile to which you want to assign the permission sets.
4. Click Permission Set Assignments. You are taken to the Permission Set Assignments section.
5. Click Edit Assignments. The Permission Set Assignments screen is displayed.
6. Select the following permission sets from the Available Permission Sets box and add them to the Enabled Permission Sets box.

• Admin users must have the CRM Analytics Plus Admin permission set assigned.
• For other users, assign appropriate permissions from the following list as per the level of access.

◦ Asset 360 Analytics
◦ Asset 360 Customer Community for Field Service
◦ CRM Analytics Platform Admin
◦ CRM Analytics Platform User
◦ CRM Analytics Plus Admin
◦ CRM Analytics Plus User
◦ CRM Analytics for Sales Cloud
◦ CRM User
7. Click Save. The permission sets are enabled for the selected user profile.
8. Click Permission Set License Assignments to verify that the following license assignments are available.
◦ Analytics Platform
◦ Analytics Template Administration
◦ Analytics View Only Embedded App
◦ Tableau CRM Plus
| • Verify that the login user has a license assigned to the package. If not, assign a license under the Managed Package section of the user record. • Ensure that the ServiceMax Asset 360 for Salesforce package is assigned to the integration user under the Managed Package section. |
