Loaner Management
The Loaner Management process allows businesses to have visibility into the entitlement and repair cycles of loaner and rental assets.
The following personas are involved in loaner management:
• Call center agent
• Remote engineer
• Repair center technician

The following process explains the management of loaners:
1. Initiate Return for Repair: The call center agent or remote engineer creates a Return for Repair request for the defective item.
4. Process shipment of loaner asset: The repair center or the call center initiates the return shipment process of the loaner item.
5. Asset Maintenance of the loaner item: The repair center does the asset maintenance of the loaner item.
