Generating a model branch report (Model Explorer)
You can generate model branch reports through Model Explorer and Modeler.
A model branch report reports on all model versions that have been created for a branch. If you want to report on all model versions that have been created in a model, click here Generating a model family report
To generate a model branch report (through Model Explorer):
1. Start Model Explorer.
2. Locate the branch for which you want to generate a branch report:
a. Expand the SQL icon.
b. Expand the Server that owns the Model for which you want to generate a branch report.
If the Server that owns the Model is not shown, add the Server to Model Explorer.

c. Expand the Database that owns the Model for which you want to generate a branch report.
If the Database that owns the Model is not shown, show the server's databases and then optionally bookmark the Database.
3. Right-click the model (branch version) for which you want to generate the branch report, point to Report, and then click Branch.
4. If you want to save the report, click the Save As button, and specify the name and location of the file.
5. Click OK.
To generate a model branch report (through Modeler):
1. In Modeler, open the model from which you want to generate a branch report.
2. On the Manage tab, click the arrow next to Report Model Family and click Report on Current Branch.
The report is generated to the Output pane in Modeler.
