On the Materials page, you can view all the materials in the system. A material is a part or product that is produced by a work center. For each material, the table displays information about the name of the material, its unit of measure, the number of sites to which the material belongs, and whether the material is enabled for use. From this page, you can create, edit, view details, and enable or disable a material.
You can access this page by clicking Materials from the Administration navigation menu.

Depending on the action that you want to perform, you can select one or more materials by selecting their checkboxes. Clear the checkbox to remove a row selection.
When you initially load this page, the materials list is sorted by Name in ascending order. Enabled materials are indicated by a checkmark in the Enabled column. A material is enabled or disabled for all sites to which it belongs. You can sort the list on any column, except Sites. Moving between pages does not impact the sorted list. To view updated information in this table, click Refresh icon. to refresh the table. The Last Updated time stamp above Refresh icon. shows the date and time when the table was last refreshed.
To narrow down the list to specific materials, enter one or more characters from the material name in the Filter field.
Depending on the screen resolution, the toolbar buttons may be available in the overflow menu. To open the overflow menu, click Overflow menu icon..
The total number of materials display at the bottom of the table. To move between results on different pages, click Left navigation arrow. or Right navigation arrow., or click a page number to go to that page.
