To Report Logical Names of Variable Group Members
1. Select the variable group or group members.
2. Click > . The Format report dialog box opens.
3. On the General tab, select the following options:
◦ Report Type Properties
◦ Search based on:Selected Items
◦ Partition:Design
◦ Class:Block, Group, or Port
4. On the Column tab, click Add <Label> Column.
5. Type logical in the Column Heading box.
6. Click [fn(x)]. The Select a function dialog box opens.
7. Select Logical name of artifact.
8. Click OK. The function [dg_get_logical_name()] appears in the Parameter Format box and Property list.
9. Click
to generate the report. The
Report Results dialog box opens displaying the logical names of the selected variable group members.
Format Report. The Format report dialog box opens.
