About the Transform Operations
Use the Transform tool to perform the following warp operations:
• Translate the geometry or the dragger using the handles, planes, or centerpoint of the dragger
• Rotate the geometry or the dragger using the arcs of the dragger
• Scale the geometry in relation to the following references:
◦ An edge of the marquee
◦ A corner of the marquee
◦ The center of the marquee
