Log a case with PTC Technical Support team through the PTC website, or by phone, or email if you encounter problems using this product or the product documentation. The PTC eSupport portal provides the resources and tools to support your PTC Arbortext Content Delivery implementation. A Service Contract Number (SCN) is required to log a case.
