Added release notes for ThingWorx Axeda Compatibility Package (ACP) v.2.2.0.
Added section on the ThingWorx Remote Access Extension (RAE) to the main section, "What is the Axeda Compatibility Package?". In the RAE section, added the following topics:
• GAS Enablement which explains the changes to the ThingWorx Global Access Server, v.7.x, and to the components of the ACP to support ThingWorx GAS
• Remote Access for Axeda eMessage Agents through ThingWorx which has been updated for RAE v.3.0.0 and moved to this new section.
• Remote Access in a High Availability Cluster which has been moved to this new section.
Added information about support for Axeda Policy Server v.7.0.0 and ThingWorx Policy Server, v.7.1.0. Refer to the following topics:
• Support for Policy Server — A new section in the topic, "What is the eMessage Connector?", provides an overview of support for Policy Server.
• Configuring Support for Policy Server — Explains the properties to set in the configuration file for the eMessage Connector for Policy Server support.
• Using Policy Server with the eMessage Connector — Explains what you need to know about the changes to support remote sessions with the eMessage Agents, the eMessage Connector, and Policy Server.

The documentation of the ProviderConfig property has been updated for this release. Refer to Using the RAClientLinker Widget for the revised step for setting the property, and for complete specifics, refer to RemoteAccessProvider providerConfig Property Details..
Added a topic about the new RAC feature, IP Cycling.
Navigation improvements — Implemented collapsing sections in several topics with multiple sections to facilitate faster navigation. By default, the sections are collapsed into a list. Click the name of a section to view its content and, when done, click the title to hide the content.

Fix for EMX-3996 to clarify how the download.overwriteExisting option works for file downloads to Axeda eMessage Agents. The changes were made to the descriptions of the option in the topics, Downloading Files to Axeda Gateway and Connector Agents and Metadata for File Transfer Jobs.
Removed most references to ThingWorx Platform v.8.4.x, which has gone out of standard support.

The ThingWorx Axeda-ThingWorx Entity Exporter (ATEE) is no longer distributed as part of the ThingWorx Axeda Compatibility Package. All content for this tool has been removed from this help center. Removed all topics related to the ATEE from the help center.
