Calculate Thermal Resistance Window
The Calculate Thermal Resistance window opens when you click Thermal Resistance in the Prediction Data pane. This button is present in the Prediction Data pane only under the following conditions:
• When the part is an integrated circuit and the model selected is one of the following: any MIL-HDBK-217 or 299 Parts Stress model, any FIDES model, or the HRD5, IEC TR 62380, or RDF 2000 model. For more information, see Thermal Resistance for Integrated Circuits.
• When the part is an integrated circuit or semiconductor and any FIDES model is selected. For more information, see:
