The following table describes the columns in the Repair tasks table for a task or task group inserted from a Maintainability Task Library file. For more information, see Maintainability Task Library Files.
Column

Task Identifier
The unique identifier assigned to the repair task. The format is specified by Repair Task Identifier, which appears under Identifiers in the System file properties. For more information, see Identifiers Support File Properties.
Task Code
The task or task group for the repair. For more information, see Codes. When you click this field, a drop-down control provides for selecting any task or task group from those in enabled Maintainability Task Library files.
Tasks Qty
The number of times that the task or task group is performed during the repair of the item.
Task Frequency
The frequency of occurrence of the task or task group expressed as a percentage from 0 to 100. The frequency can also be considered to be the probability that the task or task group will be performed. The default is 100.
Total Time
The repair time for the task or task group that has been saved in the System file. This field is display-only. It is based on repair time information entered for tasks in the Maintainability Task Library file at the time that the task or task group is inserted.
Manminutes
OR
Manhours (MMH)
The total manminutes or manhours to perform the task or task group that is saved in the System file. This field is display-only. It is based on the manminutes or manhours calculated for the task or task group in the Maintainability Task Library file at the time that this task or task group is inserted. The units depend on whether Minutes (default) or Hours is selected for Repair Time units under General in the Project properties. For more information, see General Project Properties.
Remarks
Any information that a technician might need to know about the repair task. This field has no limit on its size so that you can enter a short note or comprehensive procedures. If Copy remarks to System file is selected in the properties (default) for the Maintainability Task Library file that contains the selected task code, Windchill Risk and Reliability copies the data entered for Remarks in this support file into the System file. For more information, see Updating Repair Times and Manminutes (or Manhours). You can import data into or export data from this field, and you can include this field in reports.
*
If you import data for Remarks, you must clear Copy remarks to System file in the properties for the Maintainability Task Library file that contains the selected codes so that the imported values are not overwritten by library record values. For more information, see Maintainability Support File Properties.
