Maintainability Interface
The Maintainability module provides for predicting how long it will take to perform repairs and maintenance tasks in the event of a system failure. Because this module is an integral part of Windchill Risk and Reliability, it can be used alone or in combination with other modules.

If you are using the Enterprise Edition, you must have the necessary permissions to perform the procedures in this section. If a menu command is unavailable, you do not have the permissions that are needed. All permissions are set by your system administrator.

In the Maintainability module, the Maintainability Data pane is used to assign maintainability data to the repairable items in the System Tree Items table. This includes individual parts as well as assemblies.

In the Project properties, > specifies the repair time units for all maintainability predictions. Choices are Minutes or Hours. The default is Minutes. For more information, see General Project Properties.
